Aim project: To identify omics profiles improving prediction of diabetes and diabetes progression
€1.000.000,00
We have measured multiple omics profiles, including GWAS, metabolomics, proteomics and transcriptomics in (subsets) of our cohorts. These profiles are used to predict who is at increased risk to develop type 2 diabetes but especially more and more to predict who will or will not show rapid progression of type 2 diabetes. We perform our own independent research but also collaborate in various national and international consortia such as MetGen, BBMRI-NL, IMI-Rhapsody and IMI-DIRECT.
